Customers need to trust that the restaurant preparing their food is real. So every business joining Chowdeck goes through a structured verification process before getting full access to the platform.
The three ways you can work with Chowdeck
Direct Partnership — Fully registered businesses with a formal commercial agreement. The highest level of access.
Provisional Model — For newer businesses still completing formal registration. You can build customers now, under some extra controls.
Assisted Fulfilment (Shopper Model) — Your business is fulfilled by our trained Chowdeck Shoppers, even before formally joining. You can apply to become a direct partner any time.
What we check
For Direct Partners, we review your CAC registration, Tax Identification Number (TIN), ownership information, operational address, and banking details, cross-checked with partners like Mono and SmileID. Anything inconsistent goes to manual review by our compliance team.
Your vendor badge
Verified — A fully vetted, official Chowdeck partner.
Awaiting Verification — Passed initial checks, still completing full verification, under stricter controls.
Shopper — Fulfilled through our trained Chowdeck Shoppers rather than a direct integration.
Your badge updates automatically as your status changes.
After onboarding
We continue to expect the same standards from every vendor. Reports of impersonation or suspicious activity are investigated and can lead to account restrictions, removal, or a law enforcement referral.

Yes, any time. Apply and complete verification to be moved over.
