How to View Your Order History and Receipts

Need to review a past order? This guide explains how to access your order history on Chowdeck and what details you’ll find there.

Keeping track of your past orders is easy with Chowdeck. Whether you want to check the total amount you spent, see what you ordered last time, or repeat an order, everything you need is in your Orders tab.


This guide shows you how to view your past orders, access receipts, and find important order details: all in a few taps.


How to View Your Order History

  1. Tap “Orders”
    From the bottom menu on the home screen, tap the Orders icon. This section houses all your recent and ongoing orders.

  2. Go to “Completed”
    In the Orders tab, select Completed to see a list of all your fulfilled orders.

  3. Select Any Order
    Click on any order from the list to see full details including what you ordered, how much you paid, the delivery address, and payment method.


Receipts & Payment Confirmations

While Chowdeck does not provide in-app receipts at the moment, here’s how you can access payment details:

  • Paystack Email Receipt:
    After every successful payment, an email receipt is sent directly from Paystack to the email address linked to your payment method.

  • In-App Order Details:
    Your order summary, including item breakdown, subtotal, and delivery address, is always accessible in your Completed Orders section.

Can I download my receipt from the Chowdeck app?

Currently, downloadable receipts aren’t available in the app.

Where can I find the total amount I paid?

Open any order under “Completed” to view the subtotal, delivery fee, and total charge.

What if I didn’t receive a Paystack email?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, you can contact us and we’ll share a Paystack receipt for the transaction

Can I reorder from my order history?

Yes! Tap on a completed order and select “Repeat Order” to quickly place the same order again.

What if I need a refund for a past order?

Open the relevant order in the Completed section, scroll down, and tap “Report an Issue.” Our team will follow up with you.

Can I get my transaction summary sent to me?

Yes, just reach out to Chowdeck Support and we’ll send you a summary of your order history.
