If your menu prices already include pack costs, then you don't need to create packs for your menu or add packs to your menu items when creating them.
However, if they are exclusive of pack costs, then you need to create your available pack options and then add the relevant pack to each menu item when creating the item.
To create your pack options, follow these steps on the app:
Click on the Menu icon at the bottom of the screen. This will display the following: Categories, Option groups, Option Items, and Packs.
Select Packs.
Click on the “+” sign at the bottom right, this allows you to create a pack.
Under Pack Name, enter the name of the pack (e.g. Small Pack, Big Pack, Plastic Container, etc).
Under Price, enter the price of the pack.
If you have different types of packs, you can repeat the same process to create another pack.
Once you have created the pack(s), follow these steps to add it to your menu items:
Go to the menu item that you have created and click on it.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says "Select Pack"
Choose the pack you want to be attached to that menu item out of the packs you have previously created.
Click "Update Item" at the bottom of the page.
