Chowpass is a membership subscription program for customers that offers benefits such as free deliveries, reduced service fees, and exclusive discounts on orders from selected restaurants, supermarkets, local markets, and pharmacies.

Enjoy free deliveries and reduced service fees for N3,500 per month for the monthly plan, N10,000 per quarter for a quarterly plan, and N18,000 biannually for the bi-annual plan.

If you have sufficient funds in your Chowdeck wallet, you can use your wallet balance to pay for the first subscription. All you have to do is confirm the payment, and the wallet balance is deducted and selected as the default payment method for automatic billing.

You can also pay with your card by adding a new card or selecting a saved card for automatic billing.

Select a Chowpass vendor and add items to your cart. Chowpass vendors are marked with a Chowpass badge and free delivery tag; benefits only apply to orders placed with vendors displaying this badge.

To enjoy your benefits, make sure your order meets the minimum basket amount: at least N3,000 for restaurants and pharmacies, or N5,000 for local markets and supermarkets. Then proceed to checkout as normal, and your benefits will be applied automatically.

If you are a Chowpass subscriber but your order does not meet the minimum basket subtotal, your Chowpass benefits will not apply. Additionally, to make sure your order is eligible, look for the Chowpass badge and free delivery tag under the vendor's name. In order to make sure benefits are applied correctly please follow these steps:

To cancel your Chowpass subscription, simply go to your Profile, tap on Chowpass, then select Manage Subscription, and finally, tap on Cancel Subscription.
