What is Chowpass?
Chowpass is a membership subscription program for customers that offers benefits such as free deliveries, reduced service fees, and exclusive discounts on orders from selected restaurants, supermarkets, local markets, and pharmacies.
How much does it cost?
Enjoy free deliveries and reduced service fees for N3,500 per month for the monthly plan, N10,000 per quarter for a quarterly plan, and N18,000 biannually for the bi-annual plan.
How can I subscribe to Chowpass?
If you have sufficient funds in your Chowdeck wallet, you can use your wallet balance to pay for the first subscription. All you have to do is confirm the payment, and the wallet balance is deducted and selected as the default payment method for automatic billing.
You can also pay with your card by adding a new card or selecting a saved card for automatic billing.
How do I use Chowpass?
Select a Chowpass vendor and add items to your cart. Chowpass vendors are marked with a Chowpass badge and free delivery tag.
You can proceed to checkout after meeting the minimum order amount and enjoy your benefits as you place the order.
Why did my Chowpass benefits not apply to my order?
If you are a Chowpass subscriber but your order does not meet the minimum basket subtotal, your Chowpass benefits will not apply. Additionally, to make sure your order is eligible, look for the Chowpass badge and free delivery tag under the vendor’s name. In order to make sure benefits are applied correctly please follow these steps:
Check the Chowdeck app or vendors near you that have the Chowpass badge.
Enjoy 0 delivery fees and lower service fees on orders over the minimum order amount (N3,000) from restaurants and pharmacies and N5000 from local markets and supermarkets.
Can I manage my Chowpass subscription?
Yes, you can now manage and upgrade your subscription on the Chowpass page, which can be found on your Profile.
What are the terms and conditions?
Chowpass benefits apply exclusively to orders placed with vendors displaying the Chowpass badge.
To enjoy free deliveries, discounts, and reduced service fees, your order must be at least N3,000 from restaurants and pharmacies, and N5,000 from local markets and supermarkets.
Please note that the discounts and reduced service fees vary depending on the vendor. After subscription, you will be charged and your Chowpass subscription will be automatically renewed monthly, quarterly, or biannual basis (based on the plan you select) until you cancel.
