How do I make a prediction?
When a match is featured in the app, you'll see a prediction option as you place your order. Choose your score, then complete your order. Each order gets one prediction, and you can only predict a match once.
When does my prediction count?
Predictions close before each match starts, at a time set for each match. Your prediction is locked in when your order is completed, so submit it and complete your order before the match closes. You can only predict each match once, and only an actual order from a vendor locks in a prediction. Bills payments, such as airtime, don’t.
How do I win?
Predict the exact final score. A correct winner with the wrong score doesn't qualify.
How do I get my voucher?
After the match, once the result is confirmed, winners get a voucher code by SMS to the phone number on their Chowdeck account. Redeem the code in the app to use it.
Common questions
I predicted correctly but didn't get an SMS.
Codes go out after the result is confirmed and can take a little time. If you still haven’t received yours 48 hours after the match, message our support team.
My voucher shows an error.
Message our support team in the app with a screenshot of the error message, and we will fix it for you.
