How do I track the status of my order?

Your Chowdeck order can be in any of the 8 statuses available on the order timeline. Each status is explained below:

  • Order Received - This means we have gotten your order and we are waiting for the vendor to accept or reject it

  • Preparing Your Order - This means your order has been accepted and is being prepared or packed by the vendor

  • Order Ready - This means your order has been marked as ready for pickup by the vendor

  • Rider Accepted Order - This means a rider is on the way to the vendor to pick up your order

  • Rider At The Restaurant - This means the rider has arrived at the restaurant and is waiting to pick up your order

  • Order In Transit - This means the rider is on the way to you

  • Order Arrived - This means your rider is around to deliver your order

  • Order Delivered - The order has been delivered

You can track the status of your ongoing order by checking the order timeline on your Chowdeck app. Simply click on Orders and you'll see all your ongoing orders. Then, you can click on the order whose status you want to check.

The current status of your order is the last status that is in Bold with a checkmark on the timeline. Right beside the status, you'll see the time it was updated.

For example, in the screenshot below, the order status is Rider At The Restaurant and the rider got to the restaurant at 2:21 p.m.
