On Chowdeck, the Pickup option only appears at checkout for restaurants that offer it. If a restaurant only offers delivery, the Pickup option won't show at checkout at all — you'll only see Delivery as your available option, and you can go ahead and enter your delivery address to have your meal delivered.
For a restaurant that only offers delivery, checkout goes straight to delivery details — no Delivery/Pickup toggle appears.
It simply means this restaurant currently only offers delivery through Chowdeck. Not every restaurant on the app supports pickup — it depends on what the vendor has enabled for their store.
For restaurants that do offer pickup, you'll see a Delivery / Pickup toggle at checkout instead, letting you choose either option:
