Chowdeck allows you to fund your wallet in advance so you can save time when paying for meals in the future. Once you have funded your wallet, you can simply pay from your wallet when you want to order a meal, and you won’t need to spend any extra time on checkout.
To fund your Chowdeck wallet:
Open the Chowdeck app on your device.
Tap the profile icon located at the bottom right corner of the home screen.
Select the "Wallet" option from the menu.
Tap the "(+) Add Money" button at the top right of the wallet screen.
Choose a funding method: either add money with a new card, or use a card already saved on Chowdeck by selecting "Fund Wallet (Online)" or "Fund Wallet (From saved card)."
Enter the amount you want to add to your wallet.
Tap "Confirm Amount" to complete the funding process.
Next, select your preferred payment method. Options include card payment, bank transfer, USSD, or other available payment channels.
Complete the payment process.
Chowdeck also provides dedicated Paystack account details on your profile that you can use for direct transfers. You can transfer funds via bank transfer or USSD to these account details to fund your wallet. Once the transfer is made and confirmed, the funds will reflect in your Chowdeck wallet, allowing you to pay quickly for your meals. Always ensure to use the exact details provided on your profile for smooth processing.
