Your order ID may be requested when you report an issue or when we follow up on your order, so it's useful to know where to find it. To get the order ID,
Tap Orders in the bottom menu of the Chowdeck app. If your order is still on its way, you'll see it under Ongoing, with the order ID shown beside it.
If it has already been delivered, switch to Completed, where the order ID is shown beside each order in the same way. You can also tap any order to open its full details.
