You may be asked for your order ID to help resolve an issue you've reported or to follow up on your order. To get your order ID, follow these steps:
Tap Orders at the bottom centre of the Chowdeck app.
If your order is in progress, you'll see it under Ongoing with the order ID right beside it, as shown below:
If your order has already been completed, tap Completed. You'll also see the order ID right beside each completed order, as shown below:
