Your order ID may be requested to resolve an issue you reported or to follow up with your order. To get the order ID, use the following steps:
Click on Orders at the bottom center of the Chowdeck app.
If your order is an ongoing order, you'll see the order under Ongoing and the order ID right beside it as seen below:
βIf your order has already been completed, click on Completed. You'll also see the order ID right beside each completed order as seen below:
