How do I withdraw the funds in my wallet?

Due to national monetary policies, the Chowdeck app does not currently support automatic withdrawals from your wallet to a bank account. However, you can request a manual refund through our support channel to have your funds transferred back to the bank account you originally used for payment.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Tap the Support icon at the bottom right of your Chowdeck homepage.

  2. Tap on the chat as circled in the image below.

  3. Type a message requesting a withdrawal of funds from your wallet and provide your bank account details.

Once your request is received, a support agent will respond within 10 minutes, and your refund will be processed within an hour.

Please Note:

  • Withdrawals are only possible for funds you have added to your wallet or received as refunds for cancelled orders.

  • Funds from referral bonuses, discounts, or other promotions cannot be withdrawn.

  • Funds can only be refunded to the source payment account.
