Due to national monetary policies, we don't have a feature that lets you withdraw the money in your Chowdeck wallet into a bank account at will. However, you can always reach out to us through our support channel to have your funds manually refunded to the bank account you paid from.
To do this:
Tap on the Support icon at the bottom right of your Chowdeck homepage.
Tap on Send us a message
Type a message requesting that you would like to withdraw funds from your wallet and share your bank account details. Once this message is sent, a support person will respond to you in less than 10 minutes and you will be refunded within 2 - 3 hours.
Please note the following:
You cannot withdraw funds paid into your wallet for referral bonuses, discounts, or any other promotions.
You can only withdraw funds that you topped up into your wallet or were refunded for a canceled order.
All wallet top-ups can only be reversed to the source account.
