Wallet withdrawals are now self-serve. You can withdraw eligible funds directly from the Chowdeck app without contacting support. Here is how to do so:
Please note that this feature is not available to Ghanaian customers yet.
Before you start, go to the wallet section to make sure:
Balance | What's in it | Can it be withdrawn? |
Available Balance | Top-ups, order refunds | ✅ Yes — to a saved bank account or used for orders |
Chowbucks | Gift cards, referral rewards, cashbacks, compensation credits | ❌ No — can only be used to pay for orders |
First time withdrawing?
Step 1: Open the Chowdeck app and go to your Wallet. Tap the Refund to Bank button
Step 2: Tap on Add a refund bank to begin the verification process and create a 4-digit PIN — you'll use this for all future withdrawals
Step 3: Enter your bank name and account number.
Step 4: Complete your withdrawal 💚
Already set up your account previously?
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Chowdeck app and go to your Wallet. Tap the Refund to Bank button
Step 2: Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw
Step 3: Enter your withdrawal pin
Done! Your funds will be sent to your saved bank account.
Forgot your PIN? Tap "Reset refund PIN" on the withdrawal screen, verify with an OTP, and set a new PIN.
Want to change your bank account? Update it in the app under your withdrawal settings. Note that a 24-hour wait applies before you can withdraw to the new account.
