Due to national monetary policies, the Chowdeck app does not currently support automatic withdrawals from your wallet to a bank account. However, you can request a manual refund through our support channel to have your funds transferred back to the bank account you originally used for payment.
How to Request a Refund:
Tap the Support icon at the bottom right of your Chowdeck homepage.
Tap on the chat as circled in the image below.
Type a message requesting a withdrawal of funds from your wallet and provide your bank account details.
Once your request is received, a support agent will respond within 10 minutes, and your refund will be processed within an hour.
Please Note:
Withdrawals are only possible for funds you have added to your wallet or received as refunds for cancelled orders.
Funds from referral bonuses, discounts, or other promotions cannot be withdrawn.
Funds can only be refunded to the source payment account.
