Due to national monetary policies, the Chowdeck app does not currently support automatic withdrawals from your wallet to a bank account. However, you can request a manual refund through our support channel to have your funds transferred back to the bank account you originally used for payment.
How to Request a Refund:
Tap the Support icon at the bottom right of your Chowdeck homepage.
Tap on the chat as circled in the image below.
Type a message requesting a withdrawal of funds from your wallet and provide your bank account details.
Once your request is received, a support agent will respond and assist in processing the reversal request.
Please Note:
Withdrawals are only possible for funds you have received as refunds for cancelled orders.
Funds from manual top ups, referral bonuses, discounts, or other promotions cannot be withdrawn.
Funds can only be refunded to the source payment account.
A minimum wallet balance of N1,000 is required to process a wallet reversal.
