How to buy a gaming voucher

Select Gaming.
Choose PlayStation, then select the region (UK or US) and the voucher/points value you'd like.
Complete payment.
How you receive your code
Once your payment goes through:
Your voucher code is automatically sent to your email.
Your code is also saved on your order page in the app, so you don't have to rely on the email alone — you can check it there any time.

I haven't received my code. What should I do?
First, check your order page in the app — your code is saved there as soon as payment is confirmed. If you still can't find it, check your email (including your spam/junk folder). If you've checked both and still can't locate your code, please reach out to Chowdeck support.
Can I buy PlayStation vouchers for other regions?
Currently, only UK and US PlayStation vouchers are available. More gaming options and regions will be added over time.

Can I get a refund on a gaming voucher?
Once a voucher code has been generated and processed, it can't be reversed. Please make sure you've selected the correct platform, region, and value before completing your payment.
