This error usually appears when you try to place a pickup order from a restaurant that does not offer "Pickup".
It means they currently only offer delivery through Chowdeck, and so the pickup option isn't available.
You can change your order to a delivery order by clicking the Delivery option labeled (1) below and entering your delivery address labeled (2) below to have your meal delivered.
